The FIRE Planning Toolkit
Everything the free calculators do, plus the deeper planning the web can't. A ready-to-use Google Sheets + Excel toolkit and the Coast FIRE Playbook, so you can track and hit your number.
This is for the person who has already run the free calculators, knows their number, and now wants to track it month by month instead of retyping inputs. If you are still working out what the number is, start with the Coast FIRE calculator or the savings rate calculator, both free and both using the same engine. It is not financial advice and it does not model tax. The formulas and defaults behind every figure are set out on how our calculators work, and the one-off spreadsheet editions live in the shop.
What is inside the toolkit?
- Net-worth tracker + dashboard, log accounts monthly and watch your progress to Coast, Barista and full FIRE.
- Multi-scenario FIRE calculators, Coast, Barista, Lean, Full and Fat side by side, with your own assumptions.
- Savings-rate → FIRE-date projector, see how each extra $100/month moves your retirement date.
- Retirement drawdown model, stress-test your withdrawals against different return sequences.
- Coast FIRE by-age grid, your personal version of the reference table.
- The Coast FIRE Playbook (PDF), the step-by-step strategy guide.
Works in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Instant download. One-time payment, free lifetime updates.

Do I need Excel?
No, the toolkit works in free Google Sheets as well as Microsoft Excel. Just make a copy and start entering your numbers.
How is this different from the free calculators?
The free tools give you your number instantly. The toolkit is for ongoing planning: tracking net worth over time, comparing every FIRE path at once, projecting dates, and modeling drawdown in retirement.
